Warranty
Duration:
Two years from the date of supply or dispatch from the factory.
Coverage:
Valid only for manufacturing or design defects. Damage to equipment is not covered.
Product Return:
(1) Keep the packaging intact and repack the product. (2) Contact us at [email protected]. (3) Provide a written justification for the return and include a picture of the undamaged product. Once these steps are completed, Lumiker will arrange for a DHL recovery van. Upon receipt and inspection at Lumiker in Bilbao, a full refund will be issued. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of receiving the product. No return will be accepted after this period.
Wait Times
Query Responses: Provided in writing within 48 hors of receipt (send queries to [email protected]).
Product Delivery or Returns: Managed within 24 hours to 2 weeks.
After-Sales Support
Initial Support: Free consultation for product operation and maintenance, or user training, for the first 12 months (up to 1 hour per month). This service will be scheduled within a month of the query.
Additional Support: After the initial 12 months, remote assistance is available at a rate of 50€/h.
